No Negative Carryover means that any negative balance from a previous payout period does not roll over to the next one.
What it means:
- If chargebacks or fraud caused a loss, that loss is wiped clean at the end of the period
- You start the next month with a fresh balance — no debt
- This ensures more stable and predictable payouts
