An affiliate (or webmaster) promotes offers from partner programs and earns commissions for bringing in users. They can run websites, social pages, ad campaigns, or blogs.

What affiliates do:

  • Pick offers and launch campaigns
  • Drive traffic via websites, ads, email, etc.
  • Track performance and optimize for more revenue

Note: “Affiliate” is more common globally. “Webmaster” often refers to someone who owns a website.

Example: You make a site about online casinos and add affiliate links — when someone signs up and deposits, you earn money. That makes you an affiliate.
